The firm
Busic Digital started in 2017 when a family friend’s web presence was stalling real sales conversations. That project became the template for everything since: diagnose before you implement, rank fixes by impact, and ship in an order the team can actually sustain.
Before the firm, I was an HR professional in the U.S. Army and studied at Penn State. That is where the operating habits came from — clear communication, keeping the right people in the loop, and keeping projects from going off the rails when the people involved are busy.
Today the practice works with founders, operators, and institutional leaders who want a straight answer before another big build. Websites, lead flow, follow-up, reporting: the work begins by finding out which of those is actually holding the number back.
